If there's anything we've learned from past Grammys red carpets, it's to brace ourselves for anything and everything. There's typically a lot of sparkle. There's oftentimes controversy. And, if Rihanna is attending (which, she reportedly is tonight), there's going to be some capital-F Fashion. Then you add Beyoncé and her unborn twins to the equation, and you know the 2017 broadcast was poised to be one for the books way before the carpet was rolled out.

Though the Grammy's don't typically have moments as wild as Lady Gaga's meat dress or thatAmber Rose jumpsuit, they do allow our favourite artists to pull out some pretty epic dresses (perhaps some of the dream gowns we spotted at Couture Fashion Week?). Because really, what are the Grammy's without a cupcake-esque Giambattista Valli moment? See our favourite looks ahead; we'll be updating our slideshow as more celebrities arrive, so stay tuned.

Is there anyone having more fun with fashion right now than Céline Dion? The performer isn't messing around with her emerald Zuhair Murad gown — complete with head-to-toe embellishment, shoulder pads, and a peplum skirt.

Rihanna brings back her now-legendary Grammys confection skirt — except, this time, Bad Gal made her entrance with a black maxi and a bedazzled orange crop top. Only Riri.

When you can't narrow down your jewellery options, so you pick a Ralph & Russo gown with a built-in choker of sorts — J.Lo knows what's up.

It's yet to be proven whether Solange Knowles can step on a red carpet without completely killing it. Let her golden Grammys confection just the latest example — if you need us, we'll be over here, knocked out from its perfection.

This is Laverne Cox's first time at the Grammys, and she came to slay in a custom one-shouldered leather dress by Bryan Hearns with slits down the leg. Oh, and she clarified that there's no mesh under the silver fastenings keeping the midi number together: It's all her.

As soon as she decided she wanted to wear Vivienne Westwood to the Grammys, Charlie XCX told Giuliana Rancic she landed on the very red gown we're seeing tonight. Plus, she's repping the designer's punk roots with bejewelled safety pin earrings.

Adele may be known for wearing black almost exclusively to award shows, but she's switching things up on us — and we're pretty psyched, especially since it involves this custom Givenchy long-sleeved, mixed-texture gown.

And the newest member of the Balmain Army is...none other than Paris Jackson. This beaded, crossed-bodice jumpsuit is pretty sweet — but stay tuned for the broadcast: The 18-year-old noted she'll be changing into a custom Jeremy Scott look she co-designed. We've got a style icon in the making...

You can't mess around too much with something as tried-and-true as the LBD. Diana Gordon, however, played around with the silhouette with a curved neckline and tied-up sleeves, and the result had us rethinking our plain-old black dress big time.

Hasley described her silky blue Christian Wijnants suit as "a little TLC, a little Aaliya" — we couldn't have found a better descriptor (or a better way to channel legends of both music and fashion).

There's a "What's black and white and red all over?" joke here, but we like Kat Graham's one-shoulder colour-blocked dress too much to indulge in it.

Not only did she figure out how to rid her fingers of Fun Dip stains, but Chrissy Teigen even managed to flip the script on the naked dress at the Grammys.

This Tom Ford gown is dividing the fashion Twitterverse, but we've got to give Katy Perry props for going bold for the red carpet, in a way only she can. (Hey, not many can work long-sleeved sequins and a feathered skirt simultaneously.)
